We invite you to participate as a sponsor and/or exhibitor at the 7th International Fire Behavior and Fuels Conference held in Boise Idaho, April 15th – 19th 2024. The conference will be held simultaneously in Canberra, Australia and Tralee, Ireland.
This conference will provide government and nongovernment professionals at all levels a valuable opportunity to share information globally about wildland fire behavior and fuels, especially as it pertains to physical, biological, economic, and social sciences.
This International Association of Wildland Fire conference occurs only every three years, with the last in 2019 in Albuquerque New Mexico, Sydney, Australia and Marseille, France. This is a rare opportunity to be involved in a much-anticipated event. Much of the promotion and the program for the 2024 conference will be shared between Boise, Canberra and Tralee.
The 7th International Fire Behavior and Fuels Conference offers a forum where past Fire Management experience and lessons learned are documented, current work showcased, and emerging research, innovation and techniques on fire management shared, towards developing integrated solutions to these challenges.
This conference on three continents provides an opportunity to showcase how different countries can implement newly developed fire management policies and frameworks at national, regional and local levels to address fire risks and build resilience. The Conference will unite policy makers, scientists, fire managers and Indigenous land stewards for a shared purpose and a different future living with fire.
We will incorporate a Science, Technology Development and Transfer Track and Expo into the FBF Conference in each location. Technology companies are invited to join to showcase their technologies related to Wildland Fire.
